With more than 25 years of experience in the property industry, Brenton has built a reputation for identifying opportunities, navigating complexity and delivering projects positioned for long term success.
Throughout his career, Brenton has been responsible for the development of more than 3,000 residential homes and lots across Western Australia, working on award-winning projects ranging from master-planned communities to residential and mixed-use developments.
Brenton’s expertise lies in the critical early stages of the Development process, where strategic decisions have the greatest impact on project success. His clear communication and collaborative approach to working with government agencies, consultants, contractors and stakeholders has been instrumental in effectively unlocking complex sites and successfully navigating projects through challenges to deliver commercially sound outcomes.
Since joining Celsius Property Group in 2020, Brenton has played a key role in the successful delivery of several significant projects, including developments at Sundrift Exmouth, Champion Lakes, Piara Waters and Quindalup.
Having worked across both metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia, Brenton brings extensive experience in acquisition, feasibility, project structuring and planning strategy and a deep understanding of local markets.
He is particularly passionate about aligning feasibility and delivery to achieve practical housing solutions that contribute to housing supply and create lasting value for communities.
Outside of work, Brenton enjoys surf ski paddling, running and basketball and is actively involved in junior sport and community initiatives.
