With a career spanning sales, marketing and client service across a range of industries, Helga brings a people-first approach, supported by a unique blend of commercial insight and strategic thinking to every sale. Since entering the property industry five years ago, she has built a reputation for honest advice, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
Before transitioning into Real Estate, Helga refined her sales expertise working in premium retail and luxury tourism environments, developing a strong ability to build trust, understand client needs and deliver outstanding service. She later entered the property industry through a hands-on apprenticeship, obtaining her Real Estate and Business Agent Licence (WA) and learning every stage of the sales process from the ground up.
Helga’s strengths lie in strata property sales, with particular expertise in pricing strategy, property presentation and marketing. She works closely with clients to position properties effectively, craft compelling campaigns and maximise buyer engagement from the very first home open.
Known for her transparency, responsiveness and genuine care for her clients, Helga approaches every transaction with diligence and empathy, taking pride in ‘thinking outside the box’ to achieve outstanding results. She is passionate about guiding clients through what is often one of life’s most significant financial decisions, and is particularly proud of helping first time buyers secure land within our Champion Lakes Development.
With extensive local knowledge and a deep appreciation of Western Australia’s diverse property market, Helga is passionate about helping clients find stability and security through property sales. Outside of work, she enjoys being a part of the events committee for the Port Coogee community, capturing beautiful wildlife and portraits on camera, as well as fundraising on marathon walks.
