We’ve absolutely loved working with Joshua throughout the process of finding our rental. From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable, and incredibly attentive to our needs. He really took the time to listen to what we were looking for, gave us thoughtful guidance, and made what can often be a stressful and overwhelming experience feel much more manageable. The rental market is particularly tough at the moment, but at no point did we feel left in the dark or unsupported. Joshua kept us updated every step of the way, explained things clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in the decisions we were making. His knowledge of the process and his proactive communication really gave us peace of mind. Even after we moved into our new place, Joshua has continued to be an amazing support. He has been quick to respond to any questions we’ve had and has been incredibly helpful in making sure everything is running smoothly. That level of care after the process is complete is rare and something we’ve truly appreciated. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful to have had Joshua’s help in navigating this challenging market.

My partner and I couldn’t be happier with how easy Josh and his team got us into our lovely apartment full set up for the FIFO lifestyle.
