Julia’s career in property has been shaped by a unique combination of legal training, commercial knowledge and a passion for creating communities. After completing a Bachelor of Law and Commerce, Julia began her career in professional services, gaining experience in Corporate Tax, Stamp Duty and Property Law. Wanting to become more involved in projects, Julia completed a Graduate Diploma of Urban Design before moving into Development Management, where she spent three years delivering residential communities before joining Celsius in 2024.
Since joining Celsius, Julia has worked across both the Developments and Land teams, before transitioning into a full time role with Celsius Developments. Her diverse background gives her a well-rounded understanding of the many moving parts involved in successful developments, from legal and commercial considerations through to planning and project delivery. Julia is known for being highly organised and adaptable with a meticulous attention to detail, playing a pivotal role in helping projects progress smoothly from concept through to completion.
Julia has contributed to several of Celsius’ landmark projects, including Elysian Subiaco, Alma Square, Piara Waters, Champion Lakes and Sundrift Exmouth. With an approachable communication style, strong work ethic and collaborative nature, Julia enjoys working closely with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders to build strong relationships and keep projects moving forward.
Having lived in Perth her whole life, Julia is passionate about helping deliver thoughtfully designed developments that make a lasting contribution to Western Australian communities. She particularly enjoys the variety that comes with development management and the opportunity to be involved in every stage of the development process. Outside of work, Julia enjoys cooking for family and friends, bringing the people she loves together around the table.
