Matt’s career combines extensive financial expertise with a passion for creating high-quality developments that contribute to the future growth of Western Australia. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Western Australia, Matt spent eight years in London, where he worked his way up to the position of Partner at a leading financial services firm. This experience helped shape his commercial and financial foundations, honing his expertise while providing valuable global perspective.
As Director of Celsius Developments, Matt leads every stage of the development lifecycle, from site identification and acquisition through to financial feasibility, investor relations and project delivery. With a strategic mindset and strong commercial acumen, Matt is passionate about unlocking the potential of underutilised sites and transforming them into thoughtfully designed developments that enhance the communities in which they are built. Under his leadership, Celsius has continued to strengthen its reputation for delivering exceptional projects with a genuine focus on quality, innovation and long-term outcomes.

Outside of work, Matt is a proud husband and father to three daughters. When he’s not leading development projects, you’ll find him at the gym or coaching the juniors at YMCC Hockey Club!
